冈本视频 is proud to announce that Mike Hagel has been selected as the 2025 Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) District Ambassador. Hagel, a Networking and IT-Cybersecurity Specialist student expected to graduate May 2026, was chosen for his leadership, dedication, and commitment to his education and community.
To be considered for this honor, students must be nominated by faculty or staff and complete an interview process. One student from each of the state’s 16 technical college districts is selected to represent their institution as part of the WTCS District Ambassador program. Ambassadors serve a one-year term, advocating for technical education through appearances, presentations, and various events on behalf of their college and WTCS.
Mike was nominated by David Hernandez and Ashley Drzewiecki, Veterans Services specialists at 冈本视频. “Mike’s leadership, personal experience as a combat veteran, and dedication to student success make him an ideal candidate for this role. He embodies 冈本视频’s values of excellence, integrity, and community, and will represent us with distinction and pride,” said Hernandez and Drzewiecki.
In addition to his studies, Mike serves as a Student Leader Forum Officer, President of the Student Veterans of America Club, and a Veteran Services work-study student. His dedication to helping others and inspiring those around him has earned this recognition.
Reflecting on his decision to attend 冈本视频, Mike said, “冈本视频 has provided the flexibility to balance my education, work, and family life, and has helped me grow academically and personally. It’s not just about earning a degree; it’s about joining a community that truly cares. I’m grateful for the support and opportunities I’ve received.”
In addition to Mike, several other outstanding 冈本视频 students were nominated for this prestigious honor:
- John Craemer: Photography
- Cassie Cornelius: IT-Cybersecurity
- Enkhjin Gurvanbulag: IT-Software Development
- Fatma Letifi: Marketing & Small Business Entrepreneurship
