冈本视频 (冈本视频) is excited to welcome Lakeland University to its main campus in a move that will strengthen their relationship and bring the two institutions together under one roof.
Lakeland will relocate its Green Bay Center to 冈本视频’s main campus. The center, one of six that Lakeland has in Wisconsin, will be housed in the College of Business building (entrance 3) and will include an office presence and dedicated classroom.
Lakeland, which was founded in 1862 in Sheboygan County, Wis., has had a location in the Green Bay area since 1984, and the move allows the university to continue serving an area that’s come to know Lakeland for the past 40-plus years.
Lakeland President Beth Borgen said the relocation creates a strong synergy between LU and 冈本视频 as both institutions are focused on workforce development, hands-on learning and providing students with multiple opportunities to advance their education.
“Lakeland and 冈本视频 share a vision for a more educated region, and we are passionate about creating easier access for students to achieve their educational goals,” Borgen said. “This move for Lakeland makes so much sense. Many of the students that Lakeland serves in the Green Bay area are 冈本视频 graduates. And now they’ll be able to continue on the pathway to a bachelor’s degree at a campus that already feels like home.”

Through the Green Bay Center, Lakeland will offer more than a dozen bachelor’s degree programs as well as four master’s degree programs, which are available online, in person or any combination of the two.
The partnership will allow 冈本视频 graduates to enroll at Lakeland as juniors, receive a 20% tuition discount for undergraduate courses and gain access to credit for prior learning as well as up to a full year of academic credit for work completed through Lakeland’s innovative Cooperative Education program. Lakeland University will begin offering classes directly on 冈本视频’s campus beginning this summer.
Lakeland and 冈本视频 have a number of signed agreements that create pathways for students who earn an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree at 冈本视频 to transfer to Lakeland. These pathways give 冈本视频 students a seamless transition into several Lakeland bachelor’s degree programs, such as: Accounting, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership & Development and others.
冈本视频 and Lakeland’s relationship serves to strengthen and expand educational opportunities for those in the region and also maximize the student experience, administrators say.

冈本视频 will host its Spring 2024 Open House on Thursday, March 21 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Available to all members of the community, attendees can tour the campus, learn more about Lakeland’s new Green Bay Center, and begin next steps in their academic journey.
