Dental Clinic
In need of dental services? Are you uninsured, enrolled in Medicaid, or on a tight budget? Whether you need an exam, cleaning, filling, extraction, or other service, you can get it right here on the ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ Green Bay campus. 
While receiving quality care, you’ll be helping our students obtain hands-on experience for their future careers! Students are supervised by ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ instructors, dentists, and registered hygienists. Depending on the service you need, you may also receive care from an area dentist who will be assisted by an ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ student.
The ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ Dental Clinic houses two separate clinics on the Green Bay campus:
- For a cleaning, exam, or other preventive care, visit the Dental Hygiene Clinic.
- Need a filling, extraction, or other restorative care, and are you uninsured? Contact the Dental Assistant Uninsured Clinic.
Dental Hygiene Clinic
In this clinic/learning lab, Dental Hygienist program students provide preventive services to adults and children under the supervision of a dentist and a registered hygienist, who frequently evaluate the students’ work to ensure the client receives comprehensive care. Clients may need several appointments to complete treatment. Open to adults and children, including individuals enrolled in Medicaid, ForwardHealth or BadgerCare.

- Complete exam (including x-rays, cleaning, fluoride treatment and oral cancer screening): $30
- X-rays (full series): $46
- Bitewing x-rays: 2 for $13 or 4 for $18
- Panorex x-ray: $40
- Sealants: $17 per tooth
¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ students receive a discount.
Fees
- Services will be billed to Medicaid if you are enrolled in that program. Co-pays may apply and are due on the date of service.
- If you are not enrolled in Medicaid, a $30 fee is required for a dental cleaning which may include radiographs and a fluoride treatment. Full payment is due at the time of service.

Sign up for services
- Interested in treatment? Call 920-498-5450 or complete the New Patient Form to be placed on a patient call list for a screening appointment.
- You will be contacted when an opening becomes available.
- If you are contacted to set up an appointment, save time by printing and filling out a Medical History Form before arriving.
- Please be prepared to commit to as many three-hour appointments as your care requires. Every step of the process is checked by a dentist or instructor, so patients typically require one to five visits.
Dental Assistant Uninsured Clinic
The clinic offers restorative dental services to uninsured adults. Care is provided by volunteer community dentists who are assisted chair side by Dental Assistant students under the direction and supervision of ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ faculty. Volunteer dentists are needed! - You must be totally uninsured and show proof of income to the N.E.W. Community Clinic before an appointment will be made. Appointments are prioritized according to the level of emergency care needed.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel an appointment, you are required to give at least 24 hours advance notice. Failure to notify the clinic of cancellation, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in removal from the call/appointment list for a period of one year. 
Patient Bill of Rights
Patients seen at the ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ Dental Hygiene Clinic or Dental Assistant Uninsured Clinic have a right, within the scope of dental practice, to:
- Respect of the individuality, dignity, and rights of every client regardless of race, color, creed, natural origin, social or economic status.
- Professional, confidential client relationships.
- Provision of preventive, educational and therapeutic procedures to the standard of care of the dental profession.
- Protection and respect for personal and property rights of the according to the HIPAA Privacy Policies and Practices.
- Compliance with OSHA protocol and CDC guidelines.
- Review of the client's medical information, including any medical concerns that would contra-indicate or require modifications in dental hygiene care.
- Be informed of the uniqueness of the dental hygiene school clinic in reference to: Length of appointment, faculty supervision and fees for service
- Be informed of their current oral health status and be given appropriate referrals and recommendations.
- Access to all clinical assessments and documentation regarding patient treatment.
- The completion of treatment plan services for the client within an agreed upon at time of informed consent. Treatment may not be able to be completed by end of semester if patient is not compliant with ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ appointment policy.
Health, Safety & Privacy
With concern for your health and safety, ¸Ô±¾ÊÓƵ follows standard precautions for all patient. We have policies in alignment with OHSA guidelines that provide a safe environment. The confidentiality of information pertaining to the patient’s health status is protected according to HIPAA protocol. Any information that we request or send to other health care professionals will be done so according to our HIPAA Privacy Policies and Practices.
